Meet Cody Elliott
A Conservative Rooted in Oklahoma Values.
My name is Cody Elliott. I’m from Marlow. I’m a Christian, husband, and father of two. I am a small business owner, my wife is an educator, and we have a small family farm where we run a few cows and goats. I’ve been a registered Republican since I was 18, and I’ve served as a county officer for the Stephens County GOP.
I believe in protecting our way of life and fighting for the values that make Oklahoma strong: personal liberty, limited government, and opportunity for all.
A Frontier Vision for Oklahoma.

Economic Growth
Cody understands that strong communities are built on a strong economy. As a small business owner, he knows firsthand the challenges entrepreneurs face. He’ll work to attract investment to our district, expand access to training and resources for local businesses, and streamline regulations to support job creation in rural Oklahoma.

Workforce Training
Oklahoma’s workforce is our greatest asset, especially in HD51. Cody will support vocational training, apprenticeships, and partnerships between schools and businesses to prepare students for high-demand careers—especially in agriculture, energy, and trades. He believes in helping Oklahomans build careers without mountains of student debt.

Lower Taxes & Limited Government
Government should work for the people—not get in their way. Cody will fight to lift the tax burden on working families, small businesses, and family farms by lowering the state income tax and property tax. He’ll stand strong against government overreach, unfunded mandates, and bloated bureaucracy.

Protecting Individual Liberties
Cody is a fierce defender of the Constitution. He believes in the right to bear arms, freedom of speech, and religious liberty. He’ll oppose attempts to infringe on your rights and will always vote to keep government out of your pocketbook, your business, and your home.
